The store is usually busy which says something. The staff are always engaged maintaining the store. The morale seems high among employees. The only downside is the funky entrance on the west side, which is an accident waiting to happen. It would be nice if they could get some resolve from the city to make that somehow safer.
Privately owned and operated with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Better prices than the big box store across the road too. They'll give you their full attention with no fuss. All around experts in the business. Easy access in a good neighborhood.
I think it's the owner that's also the cashier and he's super nice. I go here mostly because of that even though Big Boy and other options are closer. He gave my wife a free bottle of wine because we were new to the neighborhood, he's given us samples randomly, just a really friendly place. Will continue to go here!
Outstanding service, personable, reasonable and most if all you feel like family each and everytime. Hell they even put together a gift basket for me that was over the top. Who would have thought that customer service could even be this high? They just hit the threshold and went beyond. Their saying is "own it and elevate it" now that's hard to find but you'll find it here!
I love this place. Weekly sales, friendly staff, and convenient for any SLP resident near Knollwood or Highway 7. Decent selection of minis for plane rides and large selection of wines, tequila, vodka and wines. Unique seltzer beverage selection with ability to buy just one to try too!
Small business, very friendly and knowledgeable cashiers, unfortunately being across the street from a bigger liquor store they can't beat them in quantity but they got them beat in quality by far
Knollwood Liquor is small but they carry lots of great beers, ciders, liquors, and they especially seem to have all the accouterments you need to get a party started! The owner Jeff is a great guy- really kind but with a dry sense of humor.
This place needs to keep their times up to date. I showed up a little after 8. Only to see a paper sign saying they opened at 9am.
It was disappointing, idk how the staff or inside of the establishment is
